Coconut Cake 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix Prepared Filling Mix and bake 3 layers as directed on box Filling 1 large can carnation milk 2 cups sugar 2 cups angel flake coconut Mix milk and sugar together in pot. Cook over low to medium heat for about 5 minutess stirring often. Add the coconut. Spread filling between cake layers and on top of cake. Sprinkle more coconute on top of cake if desired.
