| Coconut Pineapple Pie (makes two pies) 4 eggs (beaten) 2 cups coconut 2 cups sugar 1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain) 1 stick margarine (melted) 2 unbaked pie shells Mix all ingredients together and pour into two unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350° for about 30-35 minutes or until brown. |
