Creamed Corn
2 cans whole kernel yellow corn
4 tsp fatback grease or oil
sugar
4 tsp flour

Put corn in medium sized pot. Add 4 tsp fatback grease or oil. Add a little salt and a little sugar. Add 4 tsp flour. Stir thouroughly so that there are no lumps. Cook on medium low temperature for about 10 minutes.
