Lemon Cake 1 Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix 1 Small box Lemon jello instant pudding mix Prepared Icing Mix cake mix as directed on cake mix box adding the instant pudding mix. Bake in a tube pan. Icing(prepare while cake is baking) 1 ¼ cup sugar 2/3 cup lemon juice (bottled) Combine sugar and lemon juice. Stir some, but not enough to completely dissolve sugar. When cake is done invert on plate and spoon icing slowly over cake. Cover with cake plate cover. Good for 3-4 days if kept covered. It might not last that long though!
