Meatball Casserole
potatoes 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mixture
1 ½ lbs hamburger meatball
2 cans golden cream of mushroom soup

Peel and cut up potatoes (as for stewing). Cook with a little bit of salt, but be sure not to over cook. While potatoes are boiling prepare the following:

Mix lipton onion soup mix and hamburger meat together. Make into small balls. Cook in frying pan until donea nd then add 1 ½ cans of mushroom soup and ½ cup water. Drain potatoes. Layer potatoes and meatballs in a baking dish. Spread the other ½ can of mushroom soup over the top. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes or until it starts to simmer.
