Pork Chops and Gravy
pork chops
oil
1 onions1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
1 can water

Brown pork chops in frying pan with a little oil (do not flour). When brown, cut up onion over pork chops. Add the soup and the water. Put lid on and simmer until tender. If the gravy seems to be too thick just add some hot water.

*Great to eat with rice or potatoes.
