Salmon Stew
2 cans tomato soup
1 can water
1 medium can salmon (bone and black skin removed)
½ cup ketchup
½ tsp texas pete
½ tsp salt
black pepper
oil
rice
onion (optional)

Heat soup, water, ketchup, salt, and pepper in medium pot. Add 3 or 4 tbsp of oil, then add the salmon. Let simmer for a few minutes. Eat with rice.

*If desired you can brown some chopped onion and add to stew while cooking.
