| Stewed Potatoes and Onions Potatoes – peeled and cut up Onion – chopped 3 tbsp fatback grease 3 tsp flour salt Put potatoes and onion in pot. Add salt and 3 tbsp of fatback grease. Add water (enough to see around the potatoes but not to cover the potatoes). Cook until potatoes are almost done. Add 3 tsp flour to 1/3 cup water slowly and stir well. Stir into the potatoes to thicken. |
