Sweet Potato Pie (makes two pies)
Sweet potatoes (enough for 4-5 cups mashed potatoes) 2 cups sugar 1 stick margarine 2 eggs (beaten) 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp cloves ¼ tsp allspice 2 unbaked pie shells

Boil potatoes until done. Let potatoes cool, then remove peelings. Mash up in a large bowl. Add the sugar, margarine, and eggs. Mix together. Add vanilla and spices. Mix well. Pour into the two pie crusts. Bake at 325° until done.

Sweet Potato Pudding
½ cup oil
½ cup sugar
¾ cup flour

Add these ingredients to the above recipe. Bake in a greased tin foil pan at 325° until done.
